For you: celery rose.
How many people would create a celery rose and take a picture of it for you?
One.
Me.
For you.
Because that's what life is. Unexpectedly beautiful. And crunchy. And sometimes the strings get caught in your teeth.

So pretty!!
Dang that is some talent.
You need to stop pulling on my heart strings.
"And sometimes the strings get caught in your teeth."
That's deep. I'm gonna go ponder for a while.
Is that magic? You do magic!
Can you make me a flying carpet?
(Oh. And WV = "goofflem." Sounds gross, no?)
delicious.
awwww. Does this mean we're engaged now?
i loooove this! i cut cabbage for fish tacos the other day and got a cabbage shark jaw bone. it was pretty badass.
Everytime I make something pretty the dog eats it.
Aw, who am I kidding. Pretty is food that actually ends up on the plate.
And the dog is just my dishwasher.
What if this was your job all day. To make these. How many would you have to make before the insanity kicked in. Unless ......
Wv: flunky - go figure, a real word.
I hope you glued a safety pin on the back of it and wore it to work today.
I still can't understand why anyone would eat celery...but this is the closest that I've gotten to receiving roses in years. A gal's gotta take it when she can get it, after all.
I've just been taken to a new level of edible art! You are too clever. Maybe said rose needs to be accompanied by a roll of dental floss...
Sublime...
I want it.
liferehab: Glad you like it.
Lbluca77: I'm putting "celery rose maker" on my resume.
justjp: But they play such a lovely tune.
Liebchen: You get me. So few people do.
f.B: I could but then you'd have trouble typing your blog and then where would we be? (And, yes.)
Matt: :) And nutritious.
repliderium.com: Only in Vegas.
mylittlebecky: We need photos!!
Mike: Does it make the dog pretty?
Mike: Unless.....
Little Ms Blogger: Wish I'da thought of that!
Fearless in Toronto: Take it and run with it.
Barbara: Or we could live on the edge.
fiona: :) Glad you enjoy it.
Kate: It's yours!
I don't like celery, it gets stuck between my teeth. But the rose is so beautiful, I'll eat it, despite the celery.
Titania: Art can be transformative like that. :)
Not only is celery the only negative calorie food (consuming it burns more than it contains) it is a canvass upon which beauty can be created... now how hot is that?
restaurant refugee: Celery... hot? Maybe in stir-fry.
